Established In June 2020, Detective Witherspoon initiated the MCP Focus Group to address social/racial injustices as they relate to police officers. The sessions geared to, civilian employees, and the law enforcement community are designed to better educate, equip, understand, and implement social change among ourselves, our families, and the communities we serve. They have been offered Health/Social/Juvenile services, corporately, to professional sports teams, high schools, and NCAA.

Advanced level instruction designed to promote team building/bonding to include group skills building, table top exercises, a goals agenda and policy review.
Catered to Law Enforcement, L/E partners, Child Protection Services, Child Advocacy, Victim Assistance counselors, and allied and contributing agencies invested in Juvenile High-Risk Victims. This course will highlight the response and responsibility of the Police as the primary Investigator. Investigative strategies, tools, and tips will be presented, as well as legal definitions and policies, and the use of social media.
A Continuation of the 2hr session that expands the initial response , incorporating the CART model including CPS, CAC and social services as contributing agencies. This also highlights the importance of these entities working together using case studies and table top activities.
